What Time Does GTA 6 Unlock?
The US PlayStation Store currently displays November 19, 2026 at 05:00 UTC for its PS5 listing, which is midnight Eastern Time. Treat that as the PlayStation US storefront time, not a universal promise for Xbox or every region; check your own store countdown.
Preload and unlock are different: you can download files on November 12, but the game stays locked until the launch window.
Physical release
Boxed Copy Reminder
Rockstar Support says the physical version contains a download code rather than a game disc. If you order a physical copy, delivery timing and an internet connection still matter.
