What changes
Standard or Ultimate?
Both editions include the base game. Ultimate is $20 more in the US and adds the expanded bonus package shown on Rockstar's official editions page. Rockstar Support also says the Ultimate Edition Upgrade can be purchased separately at any time.
If you mainly want the story, Standard is the lower-risk choice. If you already know you want the extra in-game content, compare the official item list before paying the premium.
